Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the inclination of Directive 95/46/EC, Official Journal of the EU, L 119/1 of 4.05.2016. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Customer's personal data shall be processed pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Provision of Electronic Services Act of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

The controller shall exercise due care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular to ensure that the data collected by him/her are processed lawfully.

 

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

The purpose of processing personal data is to process online orders and contact in the framework of after-sales care regarding: complaints, returns handling, acceptance of withdrawal from the contract and the use of discounts assigned to the customer account and promotions.

The condition for the realization of an order placed via www.sara.net.pl is the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and informed consent to process personal data.

During the registration of the User Account, the User sets the password for access to the User Account in the Internet Shop by himself and provides the following data:

- Name and Surname,

- E-mail address,

- Telephone number,

- NIP (in the case of company registration),

- Company name,

- Shipping and billing address,

 

The above data can be changed by the User on his/her own after logging in to the User's Account or by contacting SARA Justyna Licznerska.

With regard to your personal data, you have the right to control the processing of the data concerning you included in the Administrator's data filing system, and in particular the right to demand the data to be completed, updated, rectified, temporarily or permanently suspended or deleted if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the Act, or if they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected.
